    Beijing DuoMiLai Garments&Attire Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It owns three independent brands: Checkedout, MEICHU and CHUKA. It specializes in manufacturing and selling high-end chefs' related products and fabrics. DuoMiLai chef clothing use the original CHUKA technology fabric which passed the textile testing and get the certification, the raw materials selected from Fortune 500 companies. With excellent R & D team, precise automated production equipment, the production process has passed 36 quality control inspections. Have a strong storage capacity, accurate distribution system, and a fast logistics system.

     

    DuoMiLai has three production bases in Beijing Yanjiao Headquarters R&D Base, Hebei Qingxian Warehouse Logistics Base, and Shandong Yuncheng Modern Production Base. In addition, there are more than 20 outsourcing factories with a total of more than 800 employees and an annual output of more than 7 million pieces. DuoMiLAI has more than 60 specialty stores and more than 200 agents in China.     R & D team concept : The company has a strong professional R & D team, the consistent work attitude of the R & D team is craftsman mentality, focus on the ultimate, pride! R&D personnel constantly question the product and repeat the test. In pursuit of quality excellence, it is the basic requirement for R&D personnel to work every day.

     

    Professional: The designers doing the research on the catering industry in many countries around the world every year. Participates in the international and domestic catering exhibitions every year, and communicates with the world's major food masters and well-known chefs in the industry to listen to their requirements and suggestions for clothing. Participate in international accessories exhibition, international clothing fair, grasp the pulse of industry development, lead international fashion trends, find industry pain points, and meet market demand.

     

    In-depth experience and market research; the designer goes deep into the on-line catering front line chefs to exchange experiences on the spot, listen to their opinions and suggestions online and offline, and will find out where the products are insufficient and timely improve and perfect. The designer has to personally wear the product comfort for one month, and evade all aspects of style, fabric, and pattern in the R&D department. The designer also has a set of strict supervision and testing standards for the quality of raw materials. The color fastness test of color matching clothes, the color fastness of the buttons and the tensile test can be withstand, and the unqualified products are not handed over to the production department. Relevant problems that may occur are solved within the company, and unqualified products are not allowed to go to market.

     

    Strict screening of products on the market: Firstly, we will make a detailed summary analysis of the products in the last quarter, comprehensively analyze and grasp the international fashion trends and fashion colors, and make detailed research and development plans. The artwork and fabrics must be carefully screened by multiple departments. , began to make plate samples, the final listing of the model to go through three multi-sector clothing evaluation test and wearing experience before the production.


    36 Quality control

    The manufacturing process of DuoMiLai chef clothing is strictly in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Textile Industry Standard FZ/T 81007-2012". From production to storage, after 36 strict control, from fabric to processing, we go all out to create DuoMiLai high-quality chef clothes.     Yanjiao Headquarter R&D Base

    Yanjiao Headquarters R&D Base was built in Beijing Yanjiao Development Zone in 2013. It covers an area of 2,680 square meters and has a total construction area of 6,511 square meters. It is mainly used in the research and development experimental base of modern production, office and warehousing. It marks a new starting point for the modernization of DuoMiLai to the industry.

    Qingxian Warehousing Logistics Base

    Qingxian Warehouse Logistics Base was established in 2017. The address is located in Qingxian Development Zone covering an area of 87 mu, with a construction area of 70,000 square meters and a total investment of 320 million. It is a large-scale industrial base integrating office, production and storage. It is an important step for DuoMiLai to develop the entire industrial chain.

    Yuncheng Automation Production Base

    The Yuncheng Automation Production Base was completed in 2017 and is located in the development zone of Yuncheng County with an investment of 50 million. It is a modern garment manufacturing factory with a complete automated production mode. With 200 modern production workers and an annual output of 5 million pieces, it is an important production and innovation link for DuoMiLai.
